Albanian Campaign Veteran's Badge - Silvered bronze and enamels, maker marked "BOERI - ROMA" on the reverse, illustrating a Skanderbeg helmet and Savoia Knot above an Albanian sword, with a Fasces below the sword, surrounded by the inscription "SHQIPNIA USHTAREVE NGALLNJYESA TE ROMES" (Albania to the Victorious Roman Soldiers), 23.5 mm x 27.8 mm, vertical pinback, extremely fine. Footnote: The badge was instituted in May 1942 and awarded to those who fought during the Albania, Greece and Yugoslavia campaigns between October 28, 1940 and April 23, 1941.
