1934 Fascist Health Fighters Medal - Silvered bronze, illustrating three left-facing figures, two men flanking a woman, the male soldier in the foreground with a Red Cross armband, inscribed "DOMANI... SE LA PATRIA CHIAMERA" (Tomorrow....If the Homeland Calls) and artist marked "MARETTI" on the obverse, reverse illustrating a hand with an upward pointing sword, an oak tree stump in the foreground with oak leaves at its base and an offshoot branch on the right side of the stump with sprigs of oak leaves, four small fasces to the left and inscribed "1a ADVNATA DELLE FORZE SANITARIE COMBATTENTI" (First Gathering of Forces Health Fighters) and "IV NOV. 1934. XIII ROMA" (November 4, 1934, 8th Rome) with engraver mark, high relief, 30.7 mm, integral suspension with three link chain and buttonhole attachment, light contact and gilt wear, green oxidation on the reverse, very fine.
