Naming is officially impressed. Un-mounted, light contact, better than very fine.  Footnote: 190066 William T. J. Wheeler was initially a Petty Officer during the Great War with the Royal Navy. Later, he became a Gunner, service number 724 and finished in that rank at the conclusion of the war.
