Bronze, engraver marked "GEORGES LEMAIRE" on the obverse, marked "BR" (bronze), hallmarked with a cornucopia and engraver marked "J. CARLIER.DEL" and "T. SCHVDIN.SVR" on the reverse, 30 mm x 46.2 mm, original ribbon, extremely fine.Footnote: The medal was instituted on January 11, 1958 for award to personnel with a minimum of three months service in North Africa (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco).
