A Yugoslavian Order of the Work with Red Banner; 1st Class with Document - Three-piece construction, silver gilt with red and white enamels, two hallmarks on the reverse, 43 mm x 46.8 mm, intact enamels, light contact, near extremely fine. Accompanied by its Ribbon Bar (9.3 mm x 36.5 mm) and Award Document (inscribed "POHAR France LADO", dated November 24, 1980, Socialist coat-of-arms government stamped, 146 mm x 208 mm), in their hardshelled case of issue, marked "ORDEN RADA SA CRVENOM ZASTAVOM" on the lid, recessed medal bed, case extremely fine.  Footnote: The Order was established on May 1, 1945 and awarded to individuals and organizations in all domains, who achieved outstanding success in their work. It was also awarded to institutions, companies and firms. It was awarded 7096 times.
