A Mint SS Gebirgstruppen Insignia/Badge - This type of cloth insignia/badge was worn by members of the SS Gebirgstruppen (Mountain Troops), on the right sleeve of both the tunic and the great coat; this cloth insignia is constructed of silver/grey machine embroidered edelweiss with yellow stamen on top of black wool; excellent quality, unused, in mint condition; excellent example.
