A Pre Second War Wentworth Regiment Cap Badge - Bronze gilt, unmarked, 52.2 mm x 53 mm, missing its lugs, light contact and surface wear, very fine Footnote: The Wentworth Regiment originated in Dundas, Ontario on May 23, 1872 as the 77th "Wentworth" Battalion of Infantry. It was re-designated as the 77th Wentworth Regiment on May 8, 1900 and as the Wentworth Regiment on May 1, 1920. On December 15, 1936, it was amalgamated with the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry.
