A French Colonial Order of the Star of Anjouan; Comoro Islands - Commanders neck badge, silver gilt star, white enameled center, hand with Arabic inscription around, 70mm, centre gilt circle around Ordre Royal de Letoile DAnjouan Comores, of very fine quality French manufacture, in extremely fine condition. The order was created in 1874 became a French Colonial order in 1896. Not issued after 1963.
