Accompanied by its 12 mm x 40 mm Ribbon Bar, in its hardshelled case of issue, Czech Socialist Republic coat-of-arms and inscribed "ZA VYNIKAJICI PRACI" (For Excellent Work) on the lid, sticker residue on the bottom, case near extremely fine. Footnote: The decoration was instituted in 1951 and awarded to labour leaders for outstanding service in the enhancement of state infrastructures or innovative technology development. This was also awarded to factory leaders, who were party to turning out well-made material such as weapons or other sensitive equipment.
