A Gold Grade Close Combat Clasp & Document to the 3rd Panzer Regiment - Awarded to Panzer Obergefreiter Erich Carl, 3./Panzer-Aufklärungsabteilung 7: Close Combat Clasp, Gold Grade, in gilded zinc, by maker Juncker (marked on reverse), catch broken off and center plate missing, otherwise in very fine condition, retaining about 97% of original gilded finish: with award document for II Grade clasp (silver grade); and with 6 original photos of the recipient, two of them showing him wearing clasp (photos showing age and use, in fair condition).
