Each patch has a blue embroidered insignia on a white cotton base, the Senior Administrative NCO's stamped in blue ink "M. St" and date stamped in black ink "19. 2. 40." on the reverse, the others patches are unmarked, the NCO's patches are 73 mm x 90 mm each, the EM's patch is 60 mm. Uniform worn, ranging from fine to better than very fine.
