A Luftwaffe Pilot's Badge by Brüder Schneider to Croatian Pilot

 In silvered tombac, by Austrian maker, marked on reverse BSW (for Brüder Schneider A.G Wien), in slightly worn condition, with nice dark patina, overall in very fine condition; in original case of issue, with field-made alteration, where the standard lettering had been removed and instead Croatian National colors had been applied in white and red lacquer; without any doubt a badge awarded to a Croatian pilot, probably on Eastern Front.
