A 1939 SS Allach Porcelain Award Plaque - ‘Dem Sieger im Sommer-Sonnenwendwettkampf 1939′, constructed of ceramic, with dark brown finish, measuring 84mm (or 3 1/4 inches approximately), also with SS mark on the rim, in extremely fine condition. Footnote: These plaques were awarded to the members of the winning teams during the sport competitions held during the Germanic celebrations of the Summer Solstice in Berlin. A scarce SS award.
