An SS EM/NCO'S Buckle byOverhoff and Cie of Ludenscheid - "RZM 36/39 SS - Aluminum construction buckle (injection molded), plain, with embossed central section featuring SS pattern eagle and swastika, surrounded by SS motto "Meine Ehre heißt Treue!", (My Honour is Loyalty!). Buckle is marked "RZM 36/39SS" ("36" signifies the maker code, Overhoff and Cie of Ludenscheid), while "39" is the year of production - 1939. Overhoff and Cie of Ludenscheid was a premier maker of SS buckles from around 1927. This buckle exhibits wear and use with expected nicks and scratches, in very fine condition.
