Bronze gilt, illustrating an eight-pointed starburst with a stringed bugle, a maple leaf in the centre of the bugle inscribed "CANADA", the number “63” with a ribbon banner inscribed “CEDE NULLIS” above, surrounded by a wreath of maple leaves and surmounted by a Tudor Crown with the ribbon banner inscribed "HALIFAX RIFLES", 83 mm x 103.2 mm, intact lugs, extremely fine.
