An Rare NSDAP GauLeiter Armband

This armband is constructed of heavy red wool, centering black ribbed swastika with a single gilded pip in the center, superimposed on the white circle, both edged in golden bullion threads; extending on both sides of swastika are large oakleaves in golden bullion, edged by a double row of twisted bullion wire (one about 1.5mm, the other, 5mm wide). Armband is approximately 13cm (or 5 inches) tall, edged on top and bottom with a double bullion row (6mm wide), all edged by red/burgundy threads (representing Gau). Total length of this armband is 24cm (or nearly 10 inches), and oakleaves are not extended all the way, suggesting that this is a salesman example. A high quality armband, and very rare.
