Two red rayon triangular fields, sewn back-to-back, with machine-embroidered rayon NSKK insignias in brown, black and white on both sides, reinforced row of red stitching at the far tip, black patent leather trim on the edges top and bottom, the hoist sleeve also in black patent leather with a white lanyard cord fed through it, a magnetic metal clip at the top and looped through the end of the cord, 155 mm x 315 mm, fraying evident at the bottom of the hoist sleeve, creased in the middle of the pennant just beside the insignia, near extremely fine.
