A German Weimar Republic Volunteer Fire Defence Belt Buckle

In bronze with silvered nickel centre, two piece construction, unmarked, 47.5 mm x 62 mm, polished, better than very fine. A similar buckle is illustrated on page 422 of "Belt Buckles & Brocades of the Third Reich, Revised Edition" by John R. Angolia and came from his personal collection.
