An Austrian Order of the Iron Crown in Gold by Viennese maker Rothe

In Gold and enamels, by Viennese maker Rothe (hallmarked “FR” and “AA” on a ring - and also marked with “Gemsenkopf” mark for 18Kt. Gold, “FR” and “750” below the crown); of very fine quality manufacture, original period ribbon, with excellent details and fine quality enamels, 29.25mm (x 55.5mm including crown suspension), circa early 1900’s, enamels without imperfections, in virtually mint condition.
