A First War Wurttenberg Medal Bar

Prussia: Iron Cross 2nd Class (silver frame, with iron core, magnetic, maker marked "KO" (Königliches Münzamt Orden) on the ring, 43 mm); Wurttenberg: Military Merit Medal, Silver Grade, Type V (1892-1918) (silver, 28.2 mm); and Imperial: Hindenburg Cross for Combatants (iron with a bronze-coloured gilt, magnetic, maker marked "R.V. 24 PFORZHEIM" (Reichsverband Arbeitsgemeinschaft Heinrich Vogt, Pforzheim) on the reverse, 38.3 mm). Mounted to a suspension with swing bar pinback, as worn by the veteran, marked "DRGM" (Deutsches Reichsgebrauchsmuster) on the suspension, lightly soiled original ribbons, scattered surface rust and bubbling on the IC, contact marks on the MMM, better than very fine.
