Very impressive looking medal, in bronzed aluminum, 82mm (3 ¼ inches) in diameter, depicting glider on one side and a date of competition (18-29 May 1939), the other side with NSFK symbol, in high relief, excellent quality, in near mint condition; a scarce award.
