Badge in silvered bronze, highly polished, center enameled, 58.0mm(w) x 58.2mm(h), weighs 27.3 grams, unmarked; a rare Carpathian German Decoration (Karpatendeutsche Ehrenzeichen), instituted by the head of the German racial group for distinguished service. The Carpathian Germans are a group of Ethnic Germans who live on the location of present day Slovakia.
