A 1936 German Reichsparteitag Thüringen Participants Day Badge

A badge similar in appearance and size to a “standard” Thüringen Participants Day Badge 1936, 49mm (nearly 2 inches in diameter), but of very unusual construction, being in silver plated tombac, with solid plate on reverse (hollow center), and in very fine condition. This badge, being of silvered material, was mostly likely given to distinguished guests during the DEUTSCHLAND ERWACHE Thüringen meeting. A rare day badge.
