Austria: War Cross for Civil Merit, 3rd Class (silver and white enamels, 16.6 mm); Italy (Kingdom): Order of the Crown of Italy, Officer (gold and enamels, 16 mm, rosette on the ribbon); Germany (Saxony): Saxe-Ernestine House Order, Knight (silver with gilt and enamels, 14 mm x 22 mm); and Germany (Saxony): Honour Cross for Volunteer Nursing during the War, 1914-1915 (silver with gilt and enamels). Suspended from a 39 mm long twin link chain, an 18 mm long stickpin at one end and a 16 mm buttonhole attachment at the other, the attachment maker marked "G.A. SCHARFFENBERG, DRESDEN", intact enamels, ball finial missing on the lower arm of the Saxe-Ernestine House Order, better than very fine.
