The fourth postcard illustrates a vignetted portrait of Captain Boelcke along with the fortieth aircraft that he had shot down, inscribed "FLIEGERHAUPTMANN BOELCKE" at the base of his photo and "Boelckes letzler Sieg Das 40. Flugzeug abgeschossen!", "5601" at the lower left and "Hofphot. J. Müller Dessau" at the lower right, 89 mm x 138 mm. Two are black and white, two are sepia-toned, on card stock, each with postcard backers, unaddressed, one with a large faded stamp in blue ink, ranging from very fine to extremely fine.
