Belt is fabricated from a very thick leather with a smooth finished black upper, raw underside, a tab stitched in place on the underside with a smooth finished black upper and raw underside on the right end, the tab with six rows of two holes each for length adjustment, magnetic metal receiving clip on the left end, underside of the belt stamped in black ink with the RZM (Reichszeugmeisterei) insignia beside "Erlaubnis" (Permission) "L4/.........." over "Gerst. u. Berf. v. Lederzeug u. Terulstern" in a rectangular ruled box, with a large "RZM" stamping above "127" and the handwritten initials "W.E." and "B." in black ink immediately to the right near the area where the tab is stitched to the body of the belt, signature of the belt's owner in black ink on the underside of the belt behind the tab, handwritten initials "W.E." above "B." in black ink in the exposed area on the underside of the belt where the receiving clip is riveted to the belt's body, the belt measuring 43 mm x 990 mm. Belt remains very stiff, with light crazing present on the belt and tab. Extremely fine.
