A German Police Officer's Black Leather Belt; Marked

Belt is fabricated from a very thick leather with a smooth finished black upper, raw underside, a tab stitched in place on the underside with a smooth finished dark brown upper on the right end, the tab with seven rows of twoholes each for length adjustment, emboss stamped "Croupon" above "R.H.Z." and "106" on the tab where it is stitched in place to the body of the belt, brass receiving clip on the left end, faded name in handwritten block capitals on the underside near the receiving clip, the belt with one slider and measuring 44 mm x 1,080 mm. Crazing and light wear evident on the undulated upper, soiling present on the raw underside. Better than very fine.
