Text in Gothic lettering, obverse inscribed with various Hitler Youth slogans and messages, three of the slogans declaring "Whoever has the youth, has the future", "You decide - freedom or slavery" and "Fight with Adolf Hitler for freedom and bread", reverse with the application for admission into the Hitler Youth, stating "I hereby declare my entry into the Hitler Youth. I am German, Aryan descent, belong to a secret society...", noting that the documentwas edited by Heinz Schladitz of Leipzig and printed by R. Scheffler of Leipzig at the bottom, printed in black ink on a salmon-coloured paper stock, 155 mm x 237 mm, fold marks, fraying and tearing evident on the edges, very fine.
