A German Hunting Association 50th Anniversary of the Research Institute at Berlin-Wannsee Medal

Copper gilt, octagonal-shaped, obverse illustrating the German Hunting Association (Deutsche Jägerschaft), flanked by the dates "1888" at the left and "1938" at the right, with "50" below backed by leaves, surrounded by the inscription "DEUTSCHE VERSUCHSANSTALT FÜR HANDFEUERWAFFEN BERLIN-WANNSEE", with two crossed branches of oak leaves and acorns, a "W" over a squiggle inside a circle at the junction of the branches, 81.3 mm x 81.3 mm, scattered gilt wear, scratches on the reverse, better than very fine.
