The tunic is fabricated from brownish-green wool, with button down Platoon Sergeant Shoulder Boards on each shoulder, each of the boards having light brown cotton uppers with two rows of thin steel blue threading, the sides and wide panel at the shoulder end in steel blue cotton, three non-magnetic silvered bronze domes on the shoulder end signifying the rank as that of Platoon Sergeant, held in place via small bronze buttons at the neck end, each button displaying the Army crossed swords insignia, as are all the buttons on the tunic. The front has four pockets, one on each breast, with fold over flaps and reinforced button holes, held in place by small silvered metal buttons on the right side, each of the buttons magnetic, while the other two are on either side at the waist with fold over flaps and designed to be buttonless, both waist pockets lined in grayish-blue cotton. There is an Army Abroad Commemorative Medal 1943, in a two-piece construction, with a silvered lion on a bronze base composed on a downward-pointing sword and wreath of linden leaves, 37.2 mm x 47.8 mm, pinned in place just above the left breast pocket. Immediately to the right are two side-by-side Ribbon Bars: Army Abroad Commemorative Medal 1943 and Military Merit Medal, 10.5 mm x 62,5 mm; and Revolutionary Cross 1918, 12 mm x 38.5 mm. Pinned to the front of this same pocket is a Paratrooper Badge in bronze with white and blue enamels, Moscow maker marked on the screwback, 18.5 mm x 32.5 mm. Above the right breast pocket is an unidentified 13.5 mm x 38.5 mm red Ribbon Bar in red cotton mesh. The front is completed by a vertical row of six large silvered metal buttons on the right side, each of the buttons magnetic, facing an equal number of reinforced button holes on the left side. Inside, on the right side at the opening, there is a grayish-blue cotton support panel that runs the full-length of the tunic, behind the six buttons. There is a grayish-blue cotton loop sewn in place on the inside of the collar for hanging the tunic from a hook. The tunic measures 440 mm across the shoulders and 670 mm in length, exhibiting scattered signs of mothing throughout and extensive wear and holes in the lining of the pockets, enamel chipping on the Paratrooper Badge, the stitching remaining intact on the seams, the tunic remaining relatively clean. Accompanying the tunic is an Army Side Cap: fabricated from brownish-green wool and lined in greenish-gray cotton, with fold down panels, a 44.8 mm x 45.2 mm die-stamped silvered bronze Army Cap Badge with the Czech coat-of-arms on the left side, fronting a 14.5 mm x 45.5 mm red cotton mesh Ribbon Bar, matching the one that appears on the front of the tunic, maker marked in Cyrillic script and size stamped "55" in black ink on the inside at the right, the cap measuring 95 mm x 260 mm, exhibiting scattered silvering loss and green oxidation on the badge; and Belt and Buckle: the belt buckle in silvered bronze, illustrating the Czech coat-of-arms and measuring 50.7 mm x 72 mm, fed through a thick leather belt with a smooth finished upper and raw reverse, measuring 44.5 mm in width x 775 mm in length, the buckle experiencing overall silvering loss and contact marks, the belt with light soiling and wear.
