(10.Lothringischen Infanterie-Regiments No 174): Solid bronze with a polished green finish, illustrating a strutting roaring lion standing upon a rock outcrop, its tail in an arch, a captured flag on a flagpole with two ribbons attached lying under the lion, the top of the flagpole projecting beyond the lion's head, the bottom of the flagpole reaching beyond its left hind foot, one side of the rock outcrop flattened, finished in a gold-coloured wash and inscribed "SEINEN SCHEIDENDEN KAMERADEN OBERARZT DE ROMMELER DAS OFFIZIER-CORPS DES 10.LOTHRINGISCHEN JNFANTERIE-REGIMENTS No 174." (Outgoing Senior Physician de Rommeler, Officer Corps of the 10th Lorraine Infantry Regiment No. 174), measuring 102 mm x 300 mm x 196 mm in height, on a 122 mm x 239 mm x 41 mm high black marble base with a blue felt protective pad on the bottom. An attempt has been previously made to scratch out the last two letters of "ROMMELER", one scratch and chipping evident in two areas on the base, near extremely fine.
