Three-piece construction, in bronze and copper, red and green painted raised centrepiece with sixteen alternating orange and yellow sun rays, on a red and green painted star base backed by silvered crossed swords, framed by a crescent moon with the open end facing upwards, rising to a peak along the centre point line of the moon and inscribed on both sides at the wider portion, 50.7 mm x 54.5 mm, on a full-length original neck ribbon, lacquered reverse, very light contact, extremely fine.
