2nd Model, 2nd Pattern, 5th Class, Knight, Cased; Saint in Green Robes. Silver gilt and enamels, 41.7 mm x 68.8 mm, original triangular ribbon, dark patina, intact enamels, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, inscribed "CB. CABA V." on the lid, maker marked "HUGERNIN FRERES & Co. LE LOCALE Medailleurs (Suisse)" on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, soiled, paper covering peeling on the back edge, case near fine.
