Germany. A Set of Waffen-SS Gruppenführer General's Shoulder Boards

A Pair of sew-on Shoulder Boards for an SS-Gruppenführer (Heer/Army, equivalent rank of a General); boards are constructed of darkened golden and silver intertwined flat wires, superimposed on grey fabric; with one aluminum silvered pip on each board; of very good quality manufacture, late War period issue, with paper tag still attached to one board, unworn example, with light scuffing and showing age, in extremely fine condition.
