Silver frame, with iron core, magnetic, maker marked "L58" (Boerger & Co., Berlin) on the screwback, 44 mm x 44.3 mm, near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, marked "LDO" on the inside lid, circular medal bed for the screwback version of the award, light scuffing on the exterior, soiling evident on the inside lid liner, case very fine.
