A München Olympic Games 1936 Decoration 2nd Class with Award Document & Banquet Invitation

Two-piece construction, in bronze, fire gilded, and with white enamels, 54 mm x 57 mm, original ribbon with pinback, no imperfections to enamels, in mint condition; in its hard-shelled case of issue, Olympic rings in gold-colored ink on the lid, recessed medal bed, case virtually mint. With award document, named to Innenarchitekten Willy Laurisch (interior Designer/Architect), dated Berlin, 28 November 1936, and with facsimile signature of A. Hitler, document not folded, extremely fine condition; acknowledgement Laurisch received Olympic decoration; a two page copy of Deutcher Reichsanzeiger, listing his name (among other recipients) as a recipient of the Olympic Games Decoration 2nd Class, this folded, showing age.
