Constructed of black wool, one with silvery rank stripes, the other blank (Sturmmann), with standard buckram backing, in worn condition, tunic removed; these SS Collar tabs were worn by SD personnel, Non-Germanic SS personnel and other SS personnel, mostly stationed at the camps. (C:44)
