A Clasp to the Iron Cross 1939 by C.E.Juncker

marked L/12 - In tombac, marked L12 on reverse, with four solid prongs, worn yet better than extremely fine; This clasp is NOT L/12 - Juncker - clasp; This die is the same as the one used for the L/14 Spange. Since Juncker was bombed, some speculate that they bought or used L/14 dies to keep up production, but this is speculation only. Clasp may have been stamped post 1945.
