Two Paper Insignia

Germany (Third Reich): Police Helmet Insignia Decal (in silver and black inks, transfer on white paper, 40 mm x 45 mm, scattered wear evident in the black background); and Spain: Spanish Blue Division Collector Card (printed in four colour inks over black ink on white card, embossed, obverse inscribed "ENBLEMA CORRIENTE 30 Cts." with a shield illustrating a Blue Division soldier, the heading inscribed "DIVISION AZUL" with three battle honours listed at the upper right, reverse inscribed "Serie E. No. 5" and "Rusia es culpable!" with the Falange insignia and the Social Assistance-Social Action insignia, 25 mm x 45 mm). Extremely fine.
