In its hardshelled case of issue, crowned cypher of Carol I on the lid, Romanian coat-of-arms and maker marked "JOSEPH RESCH FILS BUCHAREST" on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, sticker identifying the order in German affixed to the bottom, lightly scuffed on the exterior, case near extremely fine.
