In gold with red enamels, handpainted centrepieces, weighing 22 grams inclusive of its suspension, marked on the loop with a kokoshnik consisting of a pre-1908 left-facing woman's head (wearing the peasant headdress traditionally referred to as a kokoshnik), to her left is the standard number "56" and marked with the assayer's initials "AP" in Cyrillic lettering at the right, maker marked "ИЯ" (Ivan Kuzmich Yashin, Moscow) on the upper arm marked on the lower arm on the reverse, 35.3 mm x 39.5 mm, original ribbon, mounted to a five-sided silvered bronze suspension, missing its pinback, intact enamels, extremely fine.
