Four-piece construction, silver gilt with red, white, green, blue and brown enamels, obverse illustrating a shield with two tilted ovals, the one on the left with the Spanish coat-of-arms, the one on the right with a crescent moon, a ribbon banner inscribed "HISPANO ARABE" above another below inscribed "CAMARA", reverse with a circular cartouche illustrating various icons and inscribed "MADRID 1968" below, 54.2 mm x 73.3 mm inclusive of its Franco era crown suspension, with loop, on a full-length braided neck cord in gold-coloured fine bullion wire and maroon embroidery, the cords fed through loops on the reverse of its silver gilt with red and green enamelled bolo tie bearing a crescent moon, gold-coloured fine bullion wire slider, the tips of the cord in gold-coloured fine bullion wire exhibiting slight fraying, intact enamels, extremely fine.
