Each wing in gold and silver bullion on black wool, silvered fouled anchor insignia, maroon felt in the crown, touches of red, green and blue embroidery in the crown's base, black threading giving definition to the wings and crown, on a black wool base, padded, black cloth backer with horizontal pinback on the larger one, measuring 48 mm x 57 mm, gray cloth backer on the smaller one, measuring 38 mm x 45 mm, extremely fine.
