Accompanied by a Rosette (embroidered, mounted to a silver and gold-coloured wire ribbon, 9.5 mm, with metal button hole attachment), in their hardshelled case of issue, Republic of Egypt eagle coat-of-arms above the Arabic numeral for "2", along with a torn naming label on the the lid, the given name "M. Gita" with a "Z" and "vich" of the surname still legible, lightly soiled recessed medal bed, case near extremely fine.
