VIA No BIXIO 4 MILANO" on the reverse, centrepiece ring inscribed "SERVIZIO OSPEDALIERO DELLA SS. IMMACOLATA", 59 mm x 59 mm, vertical pinback, enamel repair evident on the centrepiece ring, very fine.
