Constructed of Silver bullion and gray embroidered rays, with raised gold-colored metal ring, inscribed "1941" on the ring and trimmed in red embroidery and twisted silver bullion wire, embroidered black swastika in the center, trimmed in silver bullion wire, tunic removed, in slightly worn condition.
