A gold grade (1st class) wound badge; in fine zinc; vertical pin; maker marked “107” on reverse for Carl Wild; very fine condition. Footnote: This badge was awarded for five or more times wounded, and could be awarded posthumously. Wound Badges were worn on the lower left breast of the uniform or tunic. The badge was worn below all other awards.
