Venezuela, Republic. A Cross of the Air Force, I Class

Two-piece construction; gilt bronze’ measuring 42 mm x 42 mm; suspended from a wings hanger bearing the Venezuelan coat of arms; the hanger is maker marked “N.S Meyer Inc. New York” with the company’s insignia and pinback on reverse; cross is pinned in place to a partial cardboard sales board, inscribed “Meyer, New York, Army Navy Equipment”; near mint condition with only minor corrosion at the “10 o’clock” position on the cross.
