A 1933 NSDAP Gau Mittelfranken Hesselberg Tinnie; in stamped bronze; horizontal pinback; unmarked; measuring 43 mm x 29 mm; very fine condition.

Footnote: Frankentag celebrations (Day of the Franks) go as far back as the middle ages, being celebrated on mount Hesselberg annually on July 2nd, having pseudo religious paganistic roots; badge depicts a German eagle with vertically spread wings on top of mount Hesselberg overlooking the town of Nürnberg.
