Red, yellow and black paint on brown plastic, maker marked "S.A. EMILIO PAGANI / MILANO / VIA BRIOSCHI.35" on the reverse, 48.7 mm x 59.8 mm, holes in all four corners for uniform attachment, the hole at the 9 o'clock position is incomplete, scattered paint chipping, very fine.
